Overcome challenges of Chinese learning

Chinese has been said to be the most difficult language to learn in World; whether to listen, to speak, to read, or to write, there is so much difference between English and Chinese. As we know, English words were formed by 26 Alphabet letters, but Chinese contain thousands characters which are formed by some symbols. especially in written Chinese, this maybe the most difficult area for Chinese learner.To pronounce a Chinese word is hard as well, no matter how hard you tried, you find your tongue is not under controlled by yourself. you even can find some pronunciation never appear in English words.

As we have to overcome so many difficulties, we definitely need some strategies in learning Chinese. firstly, to learn Chinese as early as you can, there’s no doubt a child will learn to speak Chinese better than an adult.

secondly, find a suitable learning tool to meet your own needs, every one has different purpose to learn Chinese, so do you, if you just need to write some Chinese business letters, you can find some program which focus on written Chinese; If you want to travel to China, you’d better learn some spoken Chinese.

Thirdly, find the tricks in Chinese, for Oral Chinese, just practice to put your tongue in correct position which is different from English, and learn “Han Yu Ping Tin” before learn Chinese characters. “Han Yu Ping Yin” is similar to English, but the pronunciation is totally different. it also contain the syllables and phonetic symbols.
